I am fortunate to be a part of the group where I get to know a lot of people sailing in the boat..a platform where I can freely express my thoughts about the child..got to learn a lot about new things through parents and webinars. Before joining the group my child was completely non verbal..now he is verbal and m working on his language..I much more confident as I have acquired a lot of knowledge after knowing many therapist through this group ..apart from helping my child ,now I have started guiding new parents in this journey.

Every parent with children on spectrum goes through a roller-coaster of emotions.

Sometimes it becomes psychologically and emotionally very hard to handle the mental lows. Having people around who have similar issues really helped to get the inspiration and support. it gives a feeling that we are not alone in this journey. I continue to learn and get new ideas from the parents in the group. Keep up the good work.

First time the word 'Autism' entered our life, we were shattered. Lost faith in everything and were staring at a life devoid of any future for our son... Then we were introduced to this group called Autism Parents Forum. This gp restored our faith in God. We never thought that people we have never seen or met could provide so much support. This gp has become a family and I feel proud to be part of this family who not only provides tips and methods to deal with our kid but also techniques to teach new things to our kids which sometimes therapists fail to do so. This group provides lot of emotional support also by constantly encouraging each other..The group members have made us believe that their is nothing wrong with our kids but they are unique and we should accept them with their uniqueness. One of the best thing about this group is that one never feels shy or hesitant to ask a query, as silly as it may sound.

Till now all the tips, tricks or any material which group members provided to each other was on whatsapp and was informal. Any new parent who would join the group was not privy to valuable suggestions or material shared earlier on the group. This website has been beautifully designed and has thoughtfully collated all the information and materials needed by the parents to help their kids. Finally a heartfelt thanks and wishes to all the members of the group and founder member Mr. Pramod Mishra for creating this group and website and devoting his valuable time.

It has been a privilege for me to be a part of the group. This group helps me a lot with how to deal with my autistic son. People in this group are very communicative and helpful. It is not easy to find a community for special needs children who support the members through free live webinars, sharing experiences, tips, and teaching materials. As parents, we need to assist our children. I believe this group will help us get through it.

The website is very user-friendly. I suggest adding a blog corner for parents to share tips on specific skills. For example, how to teach coloring. Parents can share experiences in detail on how they teach their children to color. I am sure the tips will be helpful

When a 18 or 20 months old kid is diagnosed with heavily loaded illness like autism, the parents find themselves in the rabbit hole of google trying to find the cure and reasons of what led to it. I was on similar journey when fortunately I got introduced to this force called as Autism Parents Forum. The love, support and the right tools in this group of parents have proved so valuable than any singular therapist. From the references to free discussions on the topic to providing encouraging words this group means a lot to me. Each parent over there, whether a father or a mother is committed to work and support in improving lives of kids with autism. Best wishes to this group and valuable members of this community.

I have associated with this group almost from the beginning. I have learnt so many things from this group. Whenever I have any doubts, I just post the query and I have got so many answers.

All parents are very helpful. I have got so many works sheet / materials / books / information / knowledge from this group. Basically, this group is like “Autism Mall” for me. I have got everything which I required.

Wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart to Pramod and to all parents.

The spectrum is a journey with bends and turns that change with every passing day . When we get to know that our child is in the spectrum we as parents are supposed to lead them and show them the light . Unfortunately we are often lost , confused and misled. This is where Autism Parents Forum holds one’s hands. As a parent I learnt so much not about the spectrum but my child .. in the era where google knows everything too much of information often bogs us down and unnerves us . Again the parents support from the APF group helps to omit the misinformation around us. Time is extremely precious for our children and taking the correct path without wasting a minute is equally important ... this group time and again , day and night have stood by me and supported me .. it has helped us parents to be more sorted , focused and able.

Thank you for such a beautiful platform where one bonds with absolute strangers and become their support system.

Before I joined this group, I had zero knowledge about autism. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this group, as only because of this group I came to know about different techniques, about OT, ABA, special education. As I belong to small town, there is very less facility available for autistic children. Very informative sessions were organised to keep parents updated and stay away from fraudulent activities. I feel a deep sense of gratitude to Pramod Mishra and this group.

I am blessed to be in this group. My knowledge was zero about how to handle my kid as none of my therapist allowed me to watch how they were giving therapy to him and I never knew that I should surely ask for it. There was so much confusion all around. But this group has gave me knowledge, strength and confidence to deal with my son. Now they can't fool me as now I am quite aware. Thanks for arranging all those webinars with therapists. So helpful for parents like me. Because of this group and information/activities shared by parents I feel motivated and confident. I have worked on my son and seen tremendous changes in last one year. Thanks for giving us such a platform.

I would like to thank the people who thought beyond ordinary and created a meaningful platform that was my guide when I was emotinally overwhelmed with the unknown journey of autism . The free spirited discussions gave me the knowledge from experienced parents first hand and also motivated me to recharge myself to be a more accepting and empowered ASD parent .

The regular webinars helped me understand the fine nuances adopted by therapists so I could help my child better. Also , the non judgemental and uplifting and unbiased manner in which everyone discussed their issues at ease helped me to feel like I have an extended family that understands me-- when no one else did .

Grateful to this group always that is always bringing in new perspective to make us better ASD parents.
